Vitamin B Overdose Symptoms
Vitamin B-Complex has several types. vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6, (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B1 (Thaimine), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid), vitamin B7(Biotin), vitamin B12 and Folic Acid. It is a water soluble vitamin. So, even when it is consumed in excess, one need not worry that much. Excess vitamin B is thrown out of the body through urine. But when it is consumed after a certain limit in the artificial form, it can be hazardous to the body and results in vitamin B overdose symptoms.

When you notice any of these symptoms for more than a few weeks, restrict the consumption of vitamin B-Complex tablets. Consuming vitamin B-Complex in form of tablets is hazardous and causes vitamin B overdose symptoms. So take care while you consume foods rich in vitamin B.
